Happy Elevated Reflections Day!

As the more observant of you may have noticed, today officially marks the release of Samoans debut EP, “Elevated Reflections”. It’s been a long time coming, but as I’m sure those of you that have heard it will agree it’s been totally worth the wait – this math-rock juggernaut in five parts is an absolute beast of a record, and one that quite nicely rounds off Samoans' current chapter as a band before they start writing for the next record with new drummer Chris Rouse (of Hold Your Horse Is fame).

A massive thanks to everyone who pre-ordered the CD, there’s been a slight delay with us getting the physical copies back from the pressing place (following a few issues with the proofs of artwork), but we'll be posting those out as soon as they arrive, which should be in the next couple of days.  For those of you that weren’t quick enough off the mark to pre-order the EP never fear, for you can buy both the CD and digital versions from Samoans’ Bandcamp HERE.

To celebrate the release, because of course none of our releases are brought into this world without the appropriate amount of alcoholism to mark the occasion, we’ll be putting on a launch show at Dempseys on the 28 September. It’s also coincidentally going to be our last ever Simply Rad clubnight in Cardiff AND the Cardiff date of the Summer Breeze/Bayone tour (more on that later), so numerous reasons for you to come down and join us in drinking all of the beers. More info on that show here.
